Getting a no credit mortgage can be a very tricky thing. There are really only two reasons you would want to get a no credit mortgage. Either you have a very bad credit score that you do not want the lender to see or you have no credit at all. Either way, the mortgage lender is going to look at you as a very risky candidate for a home loan. This does not mean that you cannot get a mortgage. There is little doubt that it is going to take a lot more work, but you can get a no credit mortgage.
Finding a company that can do this for you should not be too hard as there are advertisements on the Internet and the television for this type of stuff. Most of the ads lead you to an 800 number in which you can contact a representative. You may not want to give the representative all of your financial information but it might be wise to call them and ask them a few generic questions on how the process works. It is just a phone call so you can hang up at any time!
